Dad, Harry Gorin, had this painting done of their four sons circa 1958. Nathan is two, Allen is five years old, Bob is ten and Ed is 15. Part of its history is that Dad was driving home from work with the painting in the trunk when he had a major heart attack. Fortunately, uncle Sam got him to a nearby hospital in time. While Dad was recovering in a rest home, Mom, Esther Gorin, decided not to hang the picture until he returned.
Allen
The painting was done from a photo. It was in the back of the station wagon wrapped in brown paper. Dad had a heart attack on the way home and Sam drove him to the hospital and later brought the painting to the house. Mom left it wrapped by the front door until Dad came home. You have the ages correct.
